 Currently, for our Business Partner with Swedish capital – a Designer and Manufacturer of high-quality furniture intended for private and public Customers, a company with an established position on the Scandinavian market, we are looking for a candidate for the position:

 

Customer Service Manager

Location:  Brodnica Górna/okolice Kartuz.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing Customer Accounts in the company (servicing about 10 key customers),
  • As the key account manager you make sure that the Customer is happy, that the customers develops in a good way and that we have the best processes in place with regards to handle the customer,
  • You will be the Customer’s voice in company. You can explain the needs of the customer internally and secure that we always strive to make the customer happy,
  • You work closely with other Departments such as Product Development, Purchasing and Production,
  • You will be responsible that the necessary links between the company and the Customer is in place and working well,
  • You are responsible for pricing and price negotiations with Customers,
  • You will manage the implementation of projects with customers and within the organization,
  • You will be responsible for finding standardization of work and implementation of good practices as well as improvement of internal procedures,
  • You will Introduce and implement solutions and tools to improve and optimize customer service, logistics and production planning processes,
  • You will supervise of the work of the Customer Service Team, Logistics and Production planning (about 5 people in the team),
  • You and your team will handle customer complaints and warranty service,
  • You will make sure we follow and develop according to the departments KPI’s,
  • You will work closely with the Managing Director in Poland as well as with the President of the Company in Sweden,
  • You will report directly to the Managing Director.

 

Requirements:

  • You have the ability to clearly understand customer needs, the Customer’s Business and their Customers’ needs,
  • You quickly understand how the customer works, their challenges and their processes,
  • You are used to proactively work with customer and can identify improvements before the customer does,
  • You are used to have multiple contact areas with customers, understand the different stakeholders different needs and actively lead the customer from the company’s perspective,
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing,
  • You have strong communication skills, and can perform them in both English and Polish,
  • You have a higher education,
  • You are excellent in building and develop business relationships,
  • You are a born problem solver, you take initiatives and are a strong believer in pragmatic ways to solve problems,
  • You are a true team player and excellent in building strong, effective teams. You also have a proven ability to connect the internal teams with the customers’ teams,
  • You are a strong negotiator with a positive attitude,
  • You are used to calculations and managing KPI’s,
  • You have good Excel skills,
  • You have an interest in furniture, in production and in product development.
