Currently, our client is a foreign company in the steel construction sector searching for a successful candidate to join the organization as a Production Manager.

Production Manager

Location:聽 Goleni贸w / Zachodniopomorskie region

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, coordinating and organizing production,
  • Organizing and coordinating work for the production department (45-80 people),
  • Training employees on job responsibilities,
  • Maintaining a high level of work safety in the subordinate area, observing health and safety procedures,
  • Managing communications and motivating the team,
  • Monitoring staffing levels and adjusting to current needs,
  • Ongoing control and analysis of production results,
  • Organizing the operation of machinery and equipment,
  • Optimization of production processes in the area of quality and cost control,
  • Supervision over the supply of raw materials and semi-finished products,
  • Maintaining production records in accordance with accepted standards,
  • Ensuring timely execution of production plans.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education,
  • Experience in the same or similar position,
  • Very good knowledge of the English language,
  • Knowledge of welding techniques and procedures,
  • Practical ability to read production documentation, technical drawings,
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite,
  • Ability to organize one’s work time and set priorities,
  • Solutions-driven approach,
  • Focus on high quality activities,
  • Initiative and consistency in planning and achieving goals.
