Currently, our client, a Danish production company in the rehabilitation equipment sector is looking for a successful candidate to join the organization as Sales Manager.

SALES MANAGER

Location: Szczecin

Ref. no.: 2022/02/SM

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily contact with export customers and potential B2B customers
  • Execute the company’s sales strategy in foreign markets and achieve sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Customer service and development of sales to existing customers
  • Monitor and analyze market needs and competitor activities
  • Maintain customer database, prepare reports and analyze data to increase operational efficiency
  • Plan and coordinate participation at exhibitions
  • Visit other exhibitions to discover potential clients and exchange contact information
  • Visit customers abroad, including training of their sales staff in the strength of the company’s products
  • Arrange sales meetings via internet platforms with customers, including product demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree will be appreciated
  • High-level English in writing and speaking
  • Trading and sales-based background with technical insight to understand product range and its advantages
  • Practical sales and export skills are heavily favored
  • Openness for travel abroad
