Manager Wyceny i działu Wsparcia Sprzedaży


  • Building & managing a team of quotation and sales support specialists,
  • In close cooperation with the Danish sales, quotation, and project management Teams, identifying current and future customer needs and presenting an offer for optimal delivery based on plant performance and customer requirements,
  • Converting written specifications and construction plans into specific quotes,
  • Acting as a partner expert for procurement questions, including complex technical issues and bidding strategies,
  • Identifying the most profitable scenarios to meet customer project requirements,
  • Managing the flow of offers and responding to customer inquiries,
  • Meeting with suppliers and customers to build strong and profitable relationships that benefit the company and motivate to increase project performance,
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate solutions for the product pricing system,
  • Providing key information to purchasing departments and project managers who request information on products and prices,
  • Keeping up-to-date knowledge of prices and market conditions.

The Pricing / Sales Support Lead Engineer (PSSLE) is responsible for coordinating, interpreting specifications and requirements for quotes for mainly Danish construction industry customers. Is fluently able to choose the right and most competitive solutions for the specific customer / application / market. PSSLE understands the customer’s requirements and the possibilities of our products and aims to improve the Company’s competitiveness. A close cooperation with the Danish quotation and project management teams is essential. Strives for process excellence by providing correct costs, lead time and product compliance with the specified project requirements. Make easier project hand over to Project Managers for effective execution in factory.



  • Higher technical education,
  • Experience in a related field of business,
  • Active participation in the electrical market realms,
  • Knowledge of electrical, power and control products,
  • High communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills,
  • Proactivity and the ability to deal with increasing responsibilities over time,
  • Excellent time management / organization skills with the ability to meet important deadlines in a rapidly changing environment,
  • Great attention to detail,
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills,
  • SEE Electrical, EPLAN. PcSchematic, ZWCAD knowledge will be an asset,
  • Understanding the needs of the customer and the sales department,
  • Fluency in English.
