Currently, for our Client with Danish capital with about 20 years of experience on the market, one of the most flexible Business Partners within netdesign- a company dealing with the development of technical documentation for the Energy and Telecommunications Industry, based in Denmark with offices in Poland and Germany – we are looking for candidates for the position:
IT Team Lead/ Manager PHP
Location: Szczecin/hybrid/remote work

Responsibilities:
- People management (4 people on the position of PHP Developer with the possibility of developing the IT department),
- Coordination of new functionality delivery (planning new features development, delivery planning, risk management),
- Responsible for team commitment (the scope, timeline and quality),
- Communication with stakeholders; creating good relationship business representatives,
- Ability to challenge existed environment and implement changes,
- Ability to quickly respond to any changes,
- Problems solving in the team: from planning and development to production,
- Analysis, design, creation and development of SugarCRM application,
- Cooperating with Partners from Denmark and USA (2 Project Managers),
- Cooperation with the COO in Poland and Denmark,
- Deploying on production servers – cooperation with clients from Denmark and Germany.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in a similar position (IT Team Lead/Manager PHP) – for candidates with very high experience, the position of Manager is offered,
- Minimum 6 year of related experience in hands on development of PHP >= 7.3 + MySQL 7/8 websites including HTML/XHTML and ideally JavaScript with backbone etc.,
- Good English skills in speech and in writing,
- Experience with Elasticsearch,
- Experience with Linux,
- Experience with Git,
- Experience with Apache,
- Good knowledge of REST and SOAP,
- SOLID,
- Good ability to work with the team, management, partners and clients of the company,
- Ability to coordinate and manage a team – being a mentor,
- Creativity and deep commitment in tasks.
