Currently for our Business Partner with Danish capital – Producer of high quality electrical panels and control panels for a wide range of industries, we are looking for Candidate for the position:
Category Manager – Electrical Products Industry
Location: Szczecin.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading Category team(s),
- Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends,
- Implement and develop supplier strategy for all suppliers,
- Managing supplier agreements, prices, timelines, negotiations and quality,
- Take full and proactive responsibility for supplier performance,
- Maintaining and expand the supplier database (suppliers from Denmark, Poland and other Countries),
- Create and expand a database for alternatives components and suppliers,
- Strive for total cost reduction by driving and executing a sustainable savings in supply chain,
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products,
- Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility,
- Liaise with sales teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category,
- Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories,
- Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory Assume responsibility of budget development and revenue for category,
- Ensure update and maintenance of system vendor and prices master data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Category Manager or similar role in the Electrical Products Industry,
- Solid knowledge of category management, sourcing, marketing, and sales principles,
- Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods,
- Proficient in MS Office,
- Communicative knowledge of English,
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability,
- Excellent communication and people skills,
- BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, or related field,
- Result-orientated, strong decision-maker, Involvement and information skills towards stakeholders, Risk mitigation personality,
- Flexible workstyle (multiple tasks), Capacity to work under pressure,
- Analytical skills, Open-minded and self-driven, Independent work style, Delivering results through others.
